We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Priority Shipping Standard (2-3 business days)
• Ground Advantage Shipping (3–5 business days)
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Return Eligibility

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging (used or unused).
• A proof of purchase or order number is required.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@thickenithairpowder.com.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We will respond with return instructions and a return address.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
